Step 1: Current Vacancies

Check out our list of current vacancies updated in real time. We have properties in all types residential, commercial, warehouses, office and mixed use and in all sizes. Once you find properties of interest make note of them.

Step 2: Contact a Broker

Contact us with the list of properties you are interested in.

Paramount Assets has the ability to work with your specific and unique property needs. We encourage you to contact a leasing specialist with as much detail available so Paramount can offer you the most appropriate property.

Step 3: Credit Applications

This step is quick and easy. The following is the same for both residential and commercial leases. Please be sure to fill out all required information as highlighted in red.

Click here to find the credit application and credit card form. Fill out the credit application that requests some basic information to run a credit check. Then, pay $35 standard fee to process the application via check, cash, cashier's check or to use a credit card fill out the credit card form on page 2 of the credit application. Print and fax it to: 201-215-6721

Step 4: Execute Lease

The last step in our leasing process is finalizing your lease. You've found the Paramount Assets property that will bring you customers and help you reach your goals. Now you just have to execute the lease.
