If you are a current tenant and have general questions about your property, tenancy or billing please fill out the below form. For all maintenance issues click on the first tab "Report a Maintenance Problem".
Pay My Rent
Paramount Assets tenants can now pay rent online or by phone 866-289-5977. You must have your account number, a credit card or your checking account information handy.
How To Obtain My Account #:
1. Check Statement (see sample below)
2. Call your Property Manager for further assistance

- Please make sure to enter all punctuation and character including dashes -
- Do not confuse zeros for the letter O.
- Paramount Assets does not accept AMEX or Discover
- All tenants with multiple units must establish a user account for each unit.
- A convenience charge for credit card processing may be added to your next monthly statement.
- Payments will not be reflected in balance until next business day.
