Application Support Specialist

Job Type: Part-time

 

This is an entry level part time position for an application support specialist. This is a growing company with approximately 50 employees, who use a variety of software applications and mobile devices. The IT department is looking for a detail and customer service oriented support specialist to assist the IT Project Manager, whom you will report directly to. The primary role will be to assist users in the following software applications; SalesForce, Yardi, DocuSign, Office 365, Office Applications, SharePoint and mobile device management for the iPhone and iPads. You will be the front line support for all questions and issues coming into the Helpdesk and will assist the project manager with testing of the various applications for enhancements and updates. You will use a Helpdesk built on SharePoint to manage and support the users.

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will have 6-18 months experience in software support
  • SalesForce experience preferred but not required
  • Customer-centric: a passion for delivering value for customers
  • Detail-oriented: ability to understand and implement detailed requirements
  • Organized: ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple projects
  • Analytical: capable of performing or understanding complex situations
  • Intermediate or Advanced Excel user
  • Prefer experience in testing software, either UAT or System testing, but willing to train
  • Ability to grasp new concepts and topics quickly

Commercial Leasing Agent

Job Type: Full-time

Paramount Assets is a property management company based in New Jersey with a real estate portfolio of commercial and mixed use properties located mainly in Urban areas of NJ, NY and PA. Due to our recent expansion we are looking for motivated and ambitious commercial leasing agents to market and lease commercial space.

Activities :

  • Develop relationships with new prospects and existing tenants, local community and real estate professionals.
  • Negotiate retail, office, land and warehouse leasing transactions.
  • Maintain data base of prospects, clients and real estate professionals.
  • Conduct property showings and assessments of real estate portfolio.
  • Execute leasing strategies

Requirements :

  • Minimum of two years in real estate sales, leasing and or property management. Commercial experience strongly recommended.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Entrepreneurial approach to real estate and business development.
  • Able to negotiate and close transactions.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products.

Junior Architect

Job Type: Full-time

Junior Architect with 3-5 years of experience in a architectural firm involving a wide variety of project types including Commercial, Retail, and Multi-family Residential.

Experience and Qualifications: – Candidate must be motivated, articulate, have excellent communication skills (oral and written), be knowledgeable in the technical aspects of the practice of Architecture, adept at Building Code Research and construction detailing, have field experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects in varying stages as part of a project team and also individually.

  • AutoCAD proficiency is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required.
  • Strong graphic and design skills.
  • Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch-Up, and Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) are preferred. – LEED AP designation and Construction Administration experience are a plus.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.

SalesForce Developer

Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for an experienced SalesForce developer. This is a local on-site, role in Elizabeth, NJ.  NO RECRUITERS PLEASE and you must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.

 

In SalesForce we currently have two separate modules; ServiceMax & a home-grown lead system in, we are also looking to develop a construction module in SalesForce.  We use a few other ancillary systems; including Yardi our Accounting software and many things built on SharePoint .  The developer will be responsible for custom report development in Yardi using SQL & Microsoft Reporting Services and for customization and advanced workflows in SharePoint.

 

Required Skills

  • Support Software Quality Assurance
  • Develop custom solutions & interfaces using Salesforce
  • Experience with building API’s
  • Competency in SQL
  • 3+ years experience with Salesforce APIs, Apex, (classes, triggers, services), lightening and Visual Force pages
  • Prefer experience with ServiceMax development, not required
  • Knowledge of Web Services (SOAP and REST)
  • Comfortable working in JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS
  • Excellent troubleshooting & design skills

 

This is currently a 12-month project which has the potential to turn into a full time role for the right candidate. Only local candidates considered
